- 95,000 (depending on experience)A dynamic and forward thinking law firm is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join its highly experienced Banking & Finance team.
This is an excellent opportunity to work within a collaborative, agile environment, advising on high value and complex finance transactions while contributing to the continued growth of a nationally recognised practice. The RoleYou'll be responsible for leading and supporting a wide variety of finance matters, including: Real estate financeAcquisition financeCorporate lendingDevelopment financeProject financeImpact investment transactionsYour work will include drafting, negotiating and advising on facility agreements, security documents, intercreditor arrangements, loan notes and related finance documentation.
You will advise both lenders and borrowers on new lending arrangements, refinancings and restructurings, and manage transaction workstreams across multi disciplinary teams.
