b Overview /b p In this role you join a dynamic Banking Finance team within a forward-thinking law firm to handle high-value, complex finance work. You will work across real estate, acquisition, corporate lending, development, project finance and impact investments, drafting and negotiating key finance documents. You’ll counsel lenders and borrowers on new lending, refinancings and restructurings, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and international matters. You’ll build strong client relationships, contribute to growth, and mentor junior lawyers in a collaborative, agile culture. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li Flexible, agile working environment /li li Hybrid working arrangements /li li Collaborative culture focused on growth and development /li li Opportunities to work on market-leading transactions /li li Competitive salary and benefits package /li li Commitment to inclusion and wellbeing /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Lead and support a range of finance matters (real estate, acquisition, corporate, development, project finance, impact investment) /li li Draft, negotiate and advise on facility agreements, security documents, intercreditor arrangements, loan notes and related documentation /li li Advise lenders and borrowers on new lending arrangements, refinancings and restructurings /li li Manage transaction workstreams across multidisciplinary teams /li li Support domestic and international transactions, including cooperation with overseas counsel /li li Build and maintain client relationships as a trusted adviser /li li Identify opportunities for collaboration and business development /li li Mentor and support junior lawyers /li li Contribute to strategic growth areas within the team /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li 3-6 years PQE in banking and finance /li li Strong track record of leading finance transactions and managing client relationships /li li Experience across sectors such as sustainable economy, impact investing, financial services, real estate or international finance /li li Excellent drafting and negotiation skills /li li Strong interpersonal skills and confidence communicating at all levels /li li Commercial, proactive and professional approach /li li Ability to build networks, develop business and contribute to team growth /li li Initiative, self motivation and enthusiasm for career development /li /ul ul li Strong interpersonal skills /li li Excellent communication across levels /li li Commercial and proactive mindset /li li Drafting and negotiating facility agreements /li li Drafting security documents /li li Intercreditor arrangements /li /ul
