Associate / Senior Associate - Banking - Bristol

The Banking & Finance team advises banks, financial institutions, alternative lenders, family offices, impact funds and corporate borrowers on a broad range of complex transactions.

Key responsibilities include

  • Leading a variety of banking and finance transactions, including real estate finance, acquisition finance, corporate lending, development finance and project finance.
  • Drafting and negotiating facility agreements, security documents and related finance documentation.
  • Advising lenders and borrowers on new facilities, refinancings and restructurings.
  • Managing transactions and collaborating with colleagues across Corporate, Real Estate and Private Wealth teams.
  • Developing strong client relationships and supporting business development initiatives.
  • Supporting and mentoring junior team members.
  • Candidate Requirements
  • 3-6 years' PQE within Banking & Finance.
  • Experience managing banking and finance transactions and client relationships.
  • Strong technical drafting and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Motivated, proactive and keen to contribute to the growth of a successful practice.
