Associate – Real Estate Litigation (1-3 PQE) – Cardiff
Fantastic opportunity for a junior property litigator to join a top-ranked team handling everything from nationwide portfolio disputes to high-stakes battles over landmark developments. The Role
- Manage your own caseload of property disputes and contentious asset management matters
- Advise clients across the development lifecycle from acquisition to enforcement
- Collaborate closely with clients, often face-to-face, to build trusted relationships
- Get involved in business development and marketing initiatives
- Work alongside a Legal 500 Band 1-ranked team with access to award-winning project management tools
Requirements
- 1-3 years\\\’ PQE in property litigation
- Strong technical and drafting skills
- Excellent academic credentials
- Commercial awareness and a solid understanding of real estate markets
- Ability to juggle competing deadlines and communicate clearly with clients
