A highly rated national law firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate (circa 1+ years PQE) to join its expanding and entrepreneurial Bristol Real Estate team. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside well regarded Partners on high value, complex and sector focused real estate matters within a collaborative and ambitious environment.

The Role

  • You will work as part of a 150 strong national real estate practice, supporting Partners on a broad range of commercial real estate work, including:
    • Commercial and residential development
    • Property finance
    • Regeneration and large scale infrastructure projects
    • Fund management and investment matters
    • Clean energy, sustainability and telecoms related real estate work
    • Strategic land and housebuilding projects
  • Managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision
  • Delivering excellent client service and contributing to team growth

Candidate Requirements

  • Around 1+ years PQE in commercial real estate (flexible depending on experience)
  • Strong technical skills and a solid grounding in real estate transactions
  • Confidence managing matters and liaising with clients and stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong financial and case management abilities
  • A proactive, collaborative and professional approach
  • Good IT skills, including experience with case management and time recording systems
  • Commitment to maintaining up to date technical knowledge and SRA competence
