This is an exciting opportunity for a driven lawyer with around eight years' post-qualification experience to play a key role in complex, high-value property transactions.Working alongside a highly regarded team of partners and senior lawyers, the successful candidate will advise a diverse client base, including major investors, developers, and corporate occupiers.
The role offers exposure to a wide range of real estate matters and the chance to contribute to business growth while mentoring junior colleagues.Key responsibilities include:Leading on acquisitions, disposals, lettings, and asset management mattersDrafting and negotiating complex property documentationManaging transactions end-to-end while maintaining excellent client relationshipsSupporting team development and driving business development initiativesThis role offers a platform to thrive in a forward-thinking and ambitious legal environment.
