The successful candidate will become part of a collaborative practice with a strong reputation for delivering strategic, commercially focused advice to a diverse client base across multiple sectors.
This role offers exposure to both contentious and non-contentious employment work, including tribunal litigation, advisory matters and support on corporate transactions.
The individual will work closely with colleagues across related disciplines and may also contribute to international projects, gaining experience of cross-border employment issues.
Key responsibilities include: Advising clients on a wide range of employment law matters, both contentious and advisory Managing and supporting Employment Tribunal claims and complex workplace disputes Assisting on transactions, restructurings and TUPE-related matters Building strong client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical ability, commercial awareness and a proactive, team-oriented approach.
