Associate - Health & Care Regulatory - Bristol - 4+ Years PQE

Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time (with hybrid flexibility)
Salary: £60,000 to £80,000
A respected national law firm is seeking a Health & Care Regulatory Associate (4+ PQE) to join its established and growing Bristol team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a diverse, intellectually stimulating practice area, advising clients across the health, social care, education and housing sectors.
The Role
- Court of Protection litigation
- Human rights, mental health and safeguarding issues
- Patient safety, complaints and disputes
- Education matters including SEND
- Children law and challenges to decision making in health and social care
- Advocacy at hearings, Tribunals and the family court
- Supervising junior colleagues
- Active involvement in client care and business development
Candidate Requirements
- 4+ years' PQE
- Experience in Court of Protection, education or children's law
- Strong technical skills and excellent attention to detail
- Confidence working independently and collaboratively
- A practical, commercial approach to problem solving
- Enthusiasm for developing legal skills and taking on new challenges
- Experience supervising junior team members
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Motivation, organisation and a proactive mindset
