The RoleYou'll be responsible for delivering high quality employment law advice and managing a varied caseload, including: Advising on employment status, rights, contracts, handbooks, redundancy and discriminationProviding commercial and sensitive HR support to clients and in house HR teamsManaging Employment Tribunal claims from ACAS Early Conciliation through to appealRepresenting clients in Tribunals, mediations and other dispute resolution forumsConducting legal research and providing strategic adviceSupporting corporate transactions and cross departmental mattersDrafting articles, staying up to date with employment law developments and advising clients proactivelyWorking with PSLs and Paralegals to refine policies, contracts and templatesParticipating in business development, attending events and strengthening client relationshipsCandidate RequirementsThis role is suited to a qualified solicitor with:1-5 years' PQE in employment lawStrong technical knowledge of UK employment legislation and case lawExperience handling complex employment matters and Tribunal workExcellent communication, negotiation and advocacy skillsConfidence managing a varied caseload independentlyHigh attention to detail and strong analytical skillsA proactive, organised and commercially aware approachEnthusiasm for contributing to team growth and business developmentBenefitsThe firm offers: A supportive, inclusive and collaborative working environmentClear career progression pathwaysRecognition for high quality work and client serviceFlexible and agile working arrangementsOpportunities for training, development and cross team collaborationHow to ApplyIf this opportunity sounds of interest or you'd like a confidential conversation about your next career move, please contact: Email: : / The firm is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from all qualified candidates.
