This is an excellent opportunity to work on high quality transactions within a collaborative, forward thinking environment that rivals the work and expertise of London firms. The RoleYou'll be responsible for advising a broad range of clients
- from entrepreneurial start ups to major international organisations
- across a wide variety of corporate matters, including: Mergers and acquisitionsVenture capital transactionsCross border mattersPrivate equity investmentsJoint venturesCorporate restructuringsYou will work closely with Partners and senior lawyers with significant City experience, gaining exposure to complex, high value transactions.
You will also be supported to develop your sector knowledge and build strong relationships with clients across private equity, venture capital, funds, and both public and private companies.
Candidate RequirementsThis role is suited to a qualified solicitor with:3-4 years' PQE in corporate lawStrong technical and drafting skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesA solid understanding of M&A, venture capital and private equityConfidence managing matters independently and collaborativelyHigh attention to detail and strong organisational skillsA proactive, motivated and commercially minded approachThe ability to build long lasting client relationshipsYou will bring enthusiasm for corporate law, an awareness of market developments, and the ability to provide commercially informed, strategic advice.
