A respected and growing UK law firm is seeking a Corporate Associate (3+ PQE) to join its well established Corporate team in Cheltenham. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a broad range of corporate matters within a supportive, collaborative, and high performing environment.
The Role
- You'll be responsible for managing and supporting on a wide variety of corporate transactions, including:
- Mergers and acquisitions
- Investment and private equity matters
- Group restructures and reorganisations
- Shareholder agreements and corporate governance
- Advising SMEs, fast growth companies and larger corporates
- Running matters with appropriate supervision
- Building strong internal and external relationships
- Contributing to the team's continued growth and development
This role offers the chance to work closely with senior lawyers, gain exposure to high quality work, and develop your career within a thriving regional office.
Candidate Requirements
- This role is suited to a solicitor with:
- 3+ years PQE in corporate law
- Strong technical and drafting skills
- Confidence managing your own caseload
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- A proactive, commercially focused mindset
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Enthusiasm for being part of a collaborative and ambitious team
