Key responsibilities include:
- Advising on technology procurement, implementation and licensing agreements
- Supporting outsourcing, managed services and digital transformation projects
- Working on AI, emerging technology and fintech-related matters
- Drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts and strategic partnerships
- Assisting clients with technology-driven business models and commercialisation projects
The successful individual will have gained experience within a respected commercial or technology practice and will possess excellent drafting, analytical and client relationship skills. An interest in digital innovation, AI and the evolving technology landscape would be highly advantageous.
