An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a talented mid- to senior-level Commercial Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join a highly regarded, long-established firm in Hampshire. You will advise clients on all aspects of commercial litigation, from early strategic advice and investigations to advocacy, mediation, and trial preparation. You will work closely with clients, witnesses, counsel, and experts, managing cases from beginning to end.
