Agricultural Solicitor Bath First rate opportunity for an experienced Agricultural Solicitor to join a vibrant expanding law firm with a diverse client base offering excellent career prospects to talented and driven individuals. The firm provide a range of services to different clients in areas such as Agriculture, Private Client, Corporate & Commercial and Commercial Property and are noted for having specialists that practice in each of these areas. The market leading Agriculture Department is looking for an experienced Solicitor to join the team in Bath. Forming part of the wider team spread across other Southwest offices you will be supporting clients locally and nationally; running a varied caseload of non-contentious matters in the Agricultural/Rural Property sector. It is a great step forward, in building a long-term Practice with a team who value developing talent within the Firm. In the role you will provide bespoke services to clients including farmers, landowners, estates and Agri-businesses. You should have experience of working with property related matters, within an agricultural setting, covering the sale and purchase of farms and landed estates, along with agricultural secured lending work, or strategic development of land. The role may also suit someone with other relevant sector experience such as through renewable projects or with agricultural tenancies. You will have autonomy to run your own caseload whilst supporting the firms ambitious growth plans.
