Brand new exceptional opening for an experienced litigation solicitor looking to join a strong specialist practice working from their Gloucestershire offices.
Our client is seeking a litigation solicitor of ideally 2 + PQE to join their nationally renowned and recognised Agriculture Team.
You\’ll enjoy a range of high quality and often high value contentious agricultural work. The team advise a broad range of clients to include landowners, farming businesses, processors, landed estates, institutions, and others within the land and the wider rural economy. The practice is very broad and encompasses strategic advice, court and tribunal-based litigation, arbitration and mediations. There will also be the opportunity to broaden your experience and to cover less contentious work focusing on contractual agreements, farming structures and tenancy agreements.
You will be a bright and commercial individual with good litigation experience but will not need to have agricultural expertise.
My client is looking to bolster its presence with an enthusiastic and bright solicitor now looking to develop their career in a friendly and commercial environment. This will suit a litigation solicitor with a passion for this busy niche area of practice that is thriving in the current climate.
