A respected regional law firm is seeking an experienced Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join its thriving Taunton office at Senior Associate, Legal Director or Partner level. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a senior role with autonomy, high quality work and a clear route to Partnership. The Role
- Managing a broad caseload of corporate and commercial matters
- Leading on transactional corporate work
- Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts (supply, distribution, franchise, T&Cs)
- Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers
- Driving business development and expanding the department's client base
- Contributing to the strategic growth and management of the team

- Qualified Solicitor with strong corporate and commercial experience
- Confident handling both transactional and general corporate matters
- Strong commercial contracts experience
