A top 100 national firm is looking to grow its highly regarded Property Litigation team with the hire of a Solicitor or Associate (2+ PQE). This is a brilliant opportunity to join one of the largest specialist Property Litigation groups in the UK in a team consistently recognised in the legal directories and known for its strength across the full spectrum of property disputes.
The Role
You will be stepping into a thriving, well-structured department led by a strong Partner group and supported by a sizeable team of Associates, Solicitors, trainees and dedicated support staff. Expect exposure to a wide range of high quality work, including:
- Landlord & tenant disputes (rent reviews, dilapidations, lease renewals, service charge issues)
- Possession actions, trespass and squatter claims
- Building and development disputes
- Strategic land matters, options and purchaser claims
- Advisory work for property owners, occupiers, funders and social housing providers
You will act for an impressive client base including household names and major property stakeholders.
Candidate Requirements
To be considered, you will:
- Be a qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years' Property Litigation experience
- Bring strong technical ability and expertise
- Have excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload meeting deadlines
- Have an interest in business development and building professional connections
- Be keen to grow your profile within a nationally recognised team
