A respected regional law firm is seeking an experienced Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join its thriving Taunton office at Senior Associate, Legal Director or Partner level. The Role

  • Managing a broad caseload of corporate and commercial matters
  • Leading on transactional corporate work
  • Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts (supply, distribution, franchise, T&Cs)
  • Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers
  • Driving business development and expanding the department's client base
  • Contributing to the strategic growth and management of the team

  • Qualified Solicitor with strong corporate and commercial experience
  • Confident handling both transactional and general corporate matters
