Real Estate Solicitor – Bristol
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced real estate solicitor to join a prestigious Top 10 city firm within their renowned commercial property team. You\’ll be handling high-caliber commercial property matters alongside a highly respected group of professionals.
The Role:
- Joining this highly regarded real estate team, you will be involved in diverse transactions, focusing on investment, development, and asset management. You\’ll regularly work on significant, multi-million-pound deals, representing prominent investors across the UK. The team is recognised for expertise in both traditional real estate and emerging asset classes such as student accommodation, hospitality, leisure, and the PRS sector.
Ideal candidate:
To be considered for this role, you will:
- Have trained with a respected real estate department and have around 2 – 5 years PQE
- Show enthusiasm for the commercial property sector as well as strong technical expertise
- Possess exceptional communication skills, a solid academic background, and ambition to thrive.
