- Fantastic opportunity for a Real Estate Solicitor looking to work with high profile clients and take on meaningful responsibility from day one. Our client is a well regarded commercial law firm with a strong presence in Bristol, now seeking a 3+ PQE Real Estate Associate to join their established and highly respected Real Estate team. This is an ideal role for someone who wants top quality commercial property work within a supportive, progressive environment.
WORK:
- You will advise a broad range of clients across the full spectrum of transactional and advisory commercial real estate matters. The team is known for its built environment expertise and handles a varied caseload including acquisitions, disposals, development, asset management and wider commercial property work.
BACKGROUND:
- The firm is looking for a solicitor with solid experience in commercial real estate transactions, strong communication skills and a proactive, client focused approach. You must be a qualified lawyer registered with the SRA or the Law Society of Scotland. While 1+ PQE is preferred, technically strong NQs with relevant experience will also be considered. This role is ideal for someone who’s hungry to grow, build their expertise, work alongside leading industry experts and take on real responsibility from day one. A Real Estate NQ would be hard pressed to find a stronger platform than this.
