Property Litigation Partner – Devon

Our client a Top 200 ranked law firm is looking to expand their leadership team and hire a Property Litigation Partner to join the firms Exeter office.

The firm has a strong reputation for Dispute Litigation work, with a dedicated team of experts handling matters arising from all manner of property related disputes, including

  • Landlord and tenant issues
  • Dilapidations and boundary disputes
  • Service charge disputes
  • Lease renewal
  • Property insolvency
  • Commercial rent recovery.

The team have a varied and high-quality caseload, and you will play a key role in the team, supporting clients with all elements of property dispute matters whilst also being instrumental in executing the firms growth strategy.

In this key role, you\’ll be advising a diverse portfolio of clients including property developers, investors, lenders, individuals, and owner-occupiers whilst developing the profile of the team throughout the local region and beyond.

You may already be a successful Partner looking for a stronger platform to develop your practice or you may be a Senior Property Litigation lawyer looking for your first Partnership role; the firm can offer a tailored approach to your career path

It is likely you will have at least 6 years PQE in Property Litigation gained with a recognised commercial firm or in another major legal centre or London. You\’ll bring proven technical skills, an outward facing, client driven approach and an aptitude for developing strong client relationships, excellent business development and networking skills is essential. The right candidate will have a growth mindset with the ability to see the bigger picture.
