- You will advise clients on a broad range of private family matters, including:
- Divorce and separation
- Financial settlements
- Private children matters
- Cohabitation disputes
- Nuptial agreements
- Domestic abuse and injunction applications
This role provides excellent exposure to quality work, the opportunity to develop your own caseload, and the support of experienced family law specialists.
- Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with NQ - 2 years' PQE
- Previous experience in family law, or a demonstrable interest in the area
- Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills
- A practical and empathetic approach to advising clients
- Well organised with excellent attention to detail
- Enthusiastic and committed to building a long-term career in family law
- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
