Pensions Lawyer Associate to Managing Associate - Bristol

A top 100 law firm is expanding its pensions practice and looking for a talented pensions lawyer to join their dynamic, fast-growing team. With a client base spanning elite trustees, major corporates, and public sector bodies (including LGPS and central government), this is a chance to work on high-impact matters with multi-billion-pound implications.

The Role

  • Advising on a broad mix of trustee, corporate, and public sector pensions work
  • Translating complex pensions law into clear, practical advice

Requirements

  • Qualified solicitor with pensions experience from a recognised team
  • Ideally 2-10 years PQE (but open to all levels)
  • Strong client focus and commercial acumen
  • Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, collaborative, and committed to continuous development
