Chadwick Nott are instructed on a new opportunity for an experienced Family Lawyer to join a well established national firm known for its strong UK coverage. You'll join a respected Family Department handling a varied and rewarding caseload of divorce and financial matters, including:
- Managing your own caseload of divorce and finance files
- Drafting and advising on pre‑nuptial and cohabitation agreements
- Conducting your own advocacy where appropriate
- Supporting business development and networking
- Supervising and developing junior team members
This is a role with genuine career progression for someone who wants to take ownership, build their profile and work within a supportive, collaborative team.
Candidate Requirements
- Is a Solicitor or FCILEx (authorised litigator) with 8+ years' PQE (or equivalent experience)
- Has strong experience running a full divorce and finance caseload
- Brings excellent advocacy skills and confidence handling urgent or complex matters
- Has experience supervising junior colleagues
- Is proactive, innovative and able to generate work (Desirable)
- Has experience in international divorce/finance matters or is Resolution Accredited
