A well established regional law firm is seeking an experienced Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join its highly regarded team in Exeter at Senior Associate, Legal Director or Partner level. This is a rare opportunity to step into a senior leadership role with genuine influence, a strong existing client base and a clear route to Partnership. The Role
- Managing a varied caseload of corporate and commercial matters
- Handling transactional and general corporate work
- Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts (supply, distribution, franchise, T&Cs)
- Supervising and supporting junior team members
- Leading on business development and expanding the client base
- Contributing to the management and long term strategy of the department

- Qualified Solicitor with strong corporate and commercial experience
- Skilled in both transactional corporate work and commercial contracts
