A respected law firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Solicitor with 1-5 years' post-qualification experience to join its growing Commercial Litigation team in Exeter. The Role
- Managing a varied caseload of commercial litigation matters, including:
- Company, partnership, director, and shareholder disputes
- Commercial contract disputes and corporate transactions
- International arbitration and insolvency matters
- Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and legal submissions
- Advising clients and attending mediations, hearings, and trials
- Supporting a collaborative and ambitious team culture
- Maintaining high professional standards and compliance
Candidate Requirements
- 1-5 years PQE in commercial litigation
- Strong technical and drafting skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Confidence in managing matters independently
- High attention to detail and accuracy
