The Role
- You’ll work across a broad range of employment matters, supporting both employers and employees.
- Your work will include:
- Advising clients on the full spectrum of employment law issues
- Handling employment tribunal matters and litigation
- Drafting contracts, policies, settlement agreements, and other employment documentation
- Supporting junior colleagues through mentoring and guidance
- Getting involved in business development and client relationship building

Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE in employment law
- Confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
- Strong drafting, advisory, and client care skills

- Highly organised, resilient, and able to work to deadlines
- Experience or interest in immigration law is an advantage
