A leading national employment practice is seeking an Employment Associate Solicitor to join its highly regarded Bristol team. The Role

You will work as part of a large, collaborative national team, advising a diverse and prestigious client base across a wide range of employment matters, including:

  • Complex advisory work for major employers
  • Strategic workforce change programmes and reorganisations
  • Employment tribunal and civil litigation
  • Sensitive investigations and employee relations issues
  • Global mobility and cross-border employment matters
  • Large scale DSARs and compliance projects
  • Delivering high quality client training and value added services

You will work closely with senior practitioners across the UK, gaining exposure to high profile, business critical work.

Candidate Requirements

This role is suited to a solicitor who can demonstrate:

  • 3+ years PQE in employment law (flexibility for candidates above or below this level)
  • Strong technical knowledge across contentious and non contentious employment matters
  • Confidence managing a complex and varied workload
  • Ability to work directly with clients and within a large, collaborative team
  • Curiosity, self-motivation and a commitment to continuous learning
  • Current SRA registration
