They are now seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join their thriving Bristol team. With top tier rankings in Chambers and Legal 500, the firm is renowned for handling complex, business critical matters within a genuinely supportive and progressive environment.
This is an opportunity to join a premier employment practice advising major national and international clients on sophisticated, high value matters. You'll work closely with ranked partners and senior practitioners across the UK, gaining exposure to:
- Complex employment and workforce issues
- Strategic change programmes and reorganisations
- Employment tribunal and civil litigation
- Global mobility and cross border matters
- Large scale DSARs and sensitive internal investigations
- High profile advisory work for FTSE 100/250 companies, public sector bodies, fast growth businesses and senior executives

Candidate Requirements
- Strong experience in employment law (contentious and/or non contentious)
- Ability to manage a varied, complex workload with confidence
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a large national team
- Commercial awareness and a proactive, solutions focused approach
- SRA registered solicitor
The team is open to candidates from 3 PQE through to Senior Associate level.
