A top 100 national firm is looking to expand its Bristol Property Litigation team with the hire of a Solicitor or Associate (2+ PQE). This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly respected national practice with one of the largest specialist Property Litigation groups in the UK which is consistently recognised in the legal directories for its depth of expertise and quality of work.
The Role
You’ll be joining a well‑established, high‑performing team made up of experienced Partners, Associates, Solicitors, trainees and dedicated support staff. The work is varied, complex and high profile, giving you exposure to a broad range of disputes, including:
- Commercial and residential landlord & tenant matters (dilapidations, rent reviews, lease renewals, service charge disputes)
- Possession actions, trespass and squatter claims
- Building and development disputes
- Strategic land issues, options and purchaser claims
- Advisory work for property owners, occupiers, funders and social housing providers
You’ll work with an impressive client base, including well‑known national brands and major property stakeholders, offering a great mix of challenging and rewarding work.
Candidate Requirements
- Be a qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years’ Property Litigation experience
- Bring strong technical skills and expertise
- Be highly organised with the ability to manage a busy, varied caseload
- Be keen to get involved in business development and build your professional network
- Want to grow your profile within a nationally recognised team
