The Role
- Manage your own caseload of new build plot sales for major UK housebuilders
- Handle all aspects of plot conveyancing, including schemes and full transaction requirements
- Work closely with clients in a fast paced, supportive environment
- Contribute to wider residential development work alongside a specialist Plots team
Candidate Requirements
- Experience in plot sales or residential conveyancing
- Confident managing files with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines
- Comfortable handling high volume work without compromising service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong IT skills and familiarity with case management systems
- Title investigation experience is desirable but not essential
