The General Liability team advises leading insurers on employers', public and product liability claims. This role will focus on personal injury work, with exposure to health & safety investigations, inquests, and product regulation. You’ll manage a varied caseload of fast-track to multi-track claims, advise on liability and coverage, and build strong client relationships. Early responsibility and autonomy are a key part of the role, alongside opportunities to get involved in client development and team initiatives.
Candidate Requirements
- NQ-2 PQE Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
- Experience in personal injury and fast-track litigation
- Interest in health & safety / product liability work
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
