The Role
- Advise clients across a wide range of sectors on varied employment law matters
- Handle both contentious and non-contentious work, including tribunals and advisory matters
- Support senior lawyers on complex cases while also managing your own caseload
- Build strong client relationships and deliver clear, pragmatic advice
- Get involved in business development and marketing initiatives, including networking and profile-raising activities
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with NQ-3 years' PQE in Employment law
- Solid technical knowledge across a range of employment matters
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to manage multiple matters independently and prioritise effectively
- A proactive, client-first mindset and a genuine enthusiasm for Employment law
