A top 100 national law firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their thriving Bristol team at an exciting time of growth. The Role
You’ll join a well established Commercial Property team working on a broad mix of matters for banks, developers, local authorities and private sector clients. Your caseload will include:
- Landlord and tenant work
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Development matters
- Property finance
You’ll enjoy early client contact, the chance to manage your own files and the support of senior lawyers who are invested in your development. The team handles complex, high calibre transactions, giving you exposure to quality work from day one. You’ll also collaborate closely with colleagues across offices, benefiting from a genuinely connected national Real Estate practice.
About You
Ideally 1-3 years’ PQE in commercial property but strong NQ candidates will be considered. NQ solicitors with solid commercial property experience gained during their training contract and ideally some prior paralegal exposure are also encouraged to apply. You should be confident handling a varied caseload, possess strong drafting and technical skills, be client facing, proactive and commercially aware, a collaborative team player with excellent attention to detail, motivated, resilient and keen to grow your expertise.
