A Legal 500 ranked firm with a strong national reputation is looking for an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join its respected Litigation & Recoveries team. This is a great opportunity to work with major finance houses, banks, lenders and commercial clients on high profile defended litigation and asset recovery matters.
The Role
- Manage your own caseload of defended litigation matters from pre issue to enforcement.
- Act on behalf of lenders and commercial clients in debt and asset recovery.
- Draft pleadings, evidence and court documents.
- Advise on strategy, risk and commercial outcomes.
- Support client reporting and respond to new enquiries.
- Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to business development.
About You
- Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE in litigation.
- Strong background in Consumer Credit Asset Finance and defended litigation matters.
- Confident managing files independently and communicating with clients.
