A leading national law firm is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join its expanding Commercial Real Estate team in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with a highly respected national practice on high value development and investment matters, with a particular focus on industrial and logistics projects.
The Role
You’ll join a thriving, award winning Real Estate team advising developers, investors, occupiers and public sector clients on complex commercial property transactions across the UK.
- Industrial and logistics development and investment work

The Bristol team is part of a national Real Estate group of over 150 lawyers across 12 UK offices, offering exceptional quality work, strong collaboration and clear progression opportunities.
Candidate Requirements
- 2-5 years' PQE gained within a strong commercial property practice
- Solid experience across acquisitions, disposals, development, landlord and tenant and asset management
- Genuine interest in industrial and logistics development and investment work
- Strong technical ability and commercial awareness
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- A proactive, collaborative approach and confidence working with high value clients
- Ability to manage a varied caseload independently while contributing to a supportive team culture
