Salary: £55,000+ DOE

PQE Level: 2-6+ PQE

A well-regarded UK law firm is seeking a Risk & Compliance Solicitor to join its growing team. This is a varied and influential role offering exposure to regulatory compliance, professional ethics, risk management, complaints handling, client onboarding, internal investigations and legal technology governance.

Working closely with partners and senior stakeholders across the business, you will advise on SRA compliance, conflicts, engagement documentation, audit outcomes, policy development and regulatory change. You'll also play a key role in shaping the firm's approach to AI and emerging legal technologies.

The successful candidate will be a qualified solicitor with at least 2 years' PQE, strong knowledge of SRA regulations and excellent communication skills.
