Job title: Senior Professional Indemnity and Risk Solicitor

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Professional Indemnity & Risk Solicitor to join the Risk & Compliance team of a well-established and growing law firm with offices across London and Surrey.
Working closely with the Director of Risk & Compliance, you will assist with the management of professional indemnity claims, client complaints and associated litigation, while supporting the firm's wider regulatory and compliance functions. Responsibilities include liaising with insurers, brokers, panel solicitors and the Legal Ombudsman, managing PII notifications, maintaining risk registers, advising on conflicts, confidentiality and conduct matters, and supporting compliance training across the firm.
The successful candidate will be a solicitor with 5+ years' PQE and experience in professional indemnity, claims, complaints, regulatory or risk management matters, ideally gained within a law firm. A strong understanding of SRA Standards and Regulations, excellent communication skills and sound commercial judgement are essential.
