Job Overview: My client is a UK Top 50 firm that is looking to recruit a Senior Corporate Lawyer to help lead and grow its sophisticated City practice into Oxfordshire. You will advise a diverse client base, including innovative start-ups, scale‑ups, established corporates, founders, management teams, investors and venture capital funds, on significant corporate matters throughout the business lifecycle. The role includes high‑value M&A, private equity and fundraising transactions, private and public exits, corporate governance and strategic advice on complex commercial challenges. The firm and team have a market‑leading infrastructure and support, meaning an incoming lawyer can count on the best tools and tech to manage new and existing clients.
Requirements: Partner candidates should bring a strong business case and client following, while Director‑level candidates with exceptional networks and growth potential will be considered with a clear path to partnership. This is a strategic role with significant opportunity to shape and expand a developing practice that boasts some of the finest remuneration and work available in the region.
