We are working with a UK Top 100 firm that is looking to strengthen its market‑leading agricultural property team in Oxfordshire. The team is recognised not only regionally but nationally for the quality and breadth of its work and its standout lawyers, most of whom are continually ranked in Chambers and the Legal 500.

The role offers exposure to a wide range of matters, including:

  • the acquisition and disposal of farms and rural estates
  • leasing of agricultural land such as sporting leases
  • advising on agricultural tenancies and related rural property issues
  • equestrian property matters
  • rights of way enquiries

You will work with a diverse client base, including farmers, landowners, estates, and rural businesses. You will be supported by experienced and respected practitioners who are committed to mentoring and development, with a reputation for strong retention and progression in this team.
