We are working with a highly regarded UK law firm to recruit a Banking & Finance Senior Associate / Legal Director into its growing corporate team. This is a rare opportunity to step into a strategic role, offering genuine influence in shaping and developing the practice within a successful and ambitious firm.

You will lead and collaborate on a broad range of lender and borrower work, while playing a key role in building out a more visible and unified finance offering, including exposure to private credit and alternative lenders. With strong internal referral streams from established corporate, real estate, and private wealth departments. There is a clear and consistent pipeline of high-quality work.

You will also receive the support and means to engage in business development and make a tangible impact on this growing team. This opportunity is suited to a lawyer who feels they have reached a ceiling in their current firm and is looking for a platform to progress, build relationships, and benefit from a market-leading salary and some of the finest work available.
