Overview
Our leading L500 firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join their growing and highly respected disputes team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of high-value and complex commercial disputes, including contract claims, shareholder and partnership issues, professional negligence, and insolvency-related matters. You will manage your own caseload, support partners on significant litigation, prepare court and ADR documents, and contribute to strong client relationships. At Senior Associate level you will also help mentor junior colleagues. The firm seeks a technically strong, commercially minded solicitor with excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
Responsibilities
- Manage own caseload of complex commercial disputes
- Support partners on significant litigation and ADR work
- Prepare court and ADR documents
- Maintain strong client relationships
- Mentor junior colleagues at Senior Associate level
Qualifications
- Experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor (Senior Associate level or above)
