A highly regarded regional firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its Reading‐based Real Estate team. The practice advises investors, developers, banks, occupiers, local authorities and charities, offering exposure to a broad mix of public and private sector work. The role includes retail leases and agreements, mixed‐use development matters, due diligence, and supporting senior fee‐earners on high‐value transactions in a fast‐paced environment.

You will handle a varied workload, from drafting and negotiating contracts, leases and transfers to reviewing title, raising enquiries, liaising with counterpart lawyers, attending meetings and contributing to business development. The position offers strong opportunities for autonomy, client contact and long‐term relationship building.
