An excellent opportunity has arisen for a senior Corporate lawyer to join the team of a leading global law firm on a fixed-term contract, based between Surrey and London. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced contractor, someone considering a return to private practice, or a senior lawyer simply looking for something a little different without compromising on the quality of work or calibre of colleagues.
You’ll join a dynamic, internationally integrated Corporate team advising sophisticated clients across sectors including insurance, infrastructure, technology, energy and real estate. The work spans private M&A, joint ventures, investments, reorganisations, restructurings and corporate governance, with genuine exposure to high-quality, often multi-jurisdictional matters.
As a senior member of the team, you’ll take ownership of smaller matters and workstreams while co-leading larger transactions alongside partners, with direct client contact and opportunities to supervise and develop junior lawyers.
