A highly regarded law firm is seeking a Restructuring & Insolvency Solicitor to join its growing specialist team on the South Coast. The role offers exposure to a broad mix of contentious and non‑contentious insolvency work, advising insolvency practitioners, lenders, directors and creditors on complex corporate and personal matters.
You will work closely with experienced partners on quality instructions including insolvency appointments, business and asset sales, restructuring solutions, enforcement issues and insolvency related litigation. This is an excellent opportunity to take early responsibility, broaden your technical expertise and progress within a supportive, collaborative environment.
