A leading national law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer, Conveyancing Executive or Chartered Legal Executive to join its team in Reading. This role sits within a well established Plots team, acting for major UK housebuilders on a wide range of plot sales and related conveyancing work.

You will manage your own caseload, handle high-volume matters, and work closely with clients on new build transactions, purchasing schemes and full title review requirements. The wider team advises on residential development, land acquisitions and joint ventures, with a strong reputation in the housebuilding sector.

The successful candidate will have experience in plot sales or residential conveyancing, strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines while maintaining high service standards.
