An established regional firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate (2-5 PQE) to join its Brighton office. The role sits within a busy Disputes team handling a broad mix of professional negligence and commercial disputes, including banking litigation, shareholder issues, defamation, and contentious insolvency.

Responsibilities

  • You’ll manage your own caseload under supervision, contribute to team projects, and support junior colleagues.
