A well-established and growing law firm is seeking a Commercial, Technology, IP and Data Protection Solicitor to join its expanding team.

This role offers high-quality work across a diverse client base, including start-ups, scale-ups, and established national businesses. You will advise on commercial contracts, technology agreements, intellectual property matters, and data protection issues, while managing your own caseload and supporting on larger transactions.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' PQE, strong drafting and negotiation skills, commercial awareness, and a proactive approach to client relationships and business development.
