Role:
- Drafting and implementing tax advantaged and non-tax advantaged share schemes including EMI, CSOP, LTIP, JSOP, growth shares
- Transactional support for private and public listed companies as well as IPOs
- Senior exec incentive plans
- Employee incentive plans
- EBTs
- Corporate governance/regulatory
