Role: Joining a close-knit team advising lenders and borrowers with a particular strength within the private capital space including family offices, UHNW investors, as well as asset managers and private banks. Running real estate finance transactions from start to finish on behalf of lenders and borrowers, often with an international dimension. All aspects of REF including development, re-financing, acquisitions, investment Facility, security, intercreditor agreements.
