Our longstanding client, a leading US law firm, is looking to recruit a talented Real Estate Finance Associate to deal with lender and sponsor side work.

  • Highly international big-ticket transactions
  • Development loans including loan origination, bridge and mezzanine loans, CMBS/RMBS, securitization
  • Loan portfolio acquisitions
  • Formation and structuring of pooled real estate funds and vehicles including partnerships, JVs etc

The successful candidate will be a qualified solicitor with 3-5 PQE specialising in REF within a highly regarded specialist team within a market leading City law firm.
